What is a “fine art giclee” print?

Giclee prints are high quality prints made with fade resistant inks and are often used by galleries and museums. We use a heavyweight 310gsm archival grade textured art paper for our prints. This combination of ink and paper gives images a painterly quality that is perfectly suited to the Landscapes of Dreams images.

When will my order be despatched?

Giclee prints are made to order at a UK print lab and require drying time, we aim to despatch all print orders in 7-10 days. Occasionally we may have a small number of prints available for immediate shipment so if your order is urgent please ring Janet on 07952 990642 to discuss availability.

Greetings Cards are despatched next working day.

How will I receive my order?

Most print and frame orders are sent by 1st Class Royal Mail and require a signature on delivery. Some larger orders may be sent by a courier.

Are other sizes available?

Yes! Prints can be supplied in any size and bespoke frames are also available. Please use the Contact Page to get in touch with your requirements.

Will the colours match those I can see online?

Since every viewing screen can have variations in brightness and colour settings it’s impossible to guarantee a precise match.

Can I order from outside of the UK?

Yes, unfortunately the website can’t currently calculate overseas delivery charges but mounted prints and greeting cards can be purchased via the Etsy Shop for worldwide delivery. Alternatively you can use the Contact Page to request a no obligation delivery quotation.

Do You Accept Returns?

Yes we do, if for any reason you change your mind you must notify us within 14 days of receipt of your delivery. You are welcome to return your order for a refund of the order value (any delivery charges are non-refundable). Please use the Contact Form to request a returns number and address.

In the unlikely event that your delivery arrives damaged please contact us within 24 hours of receipt. Please don’t be offended if we request photos of the damage, we may need these to make a complaint to our delivery service.
